After all the rain & wind – sunshine was enjoyed by all followed by an impromptu party what more could one ask for.
43 participants – 17 in AA/A leaving 26 in B/C classes this is what the Skeet Club is about giving the B/C shooters a separate High Gun and it works especially when 60% of the overall prize money of £ 895.00 goes to B/C.
The B/C high gun was won by Brian Reid ( 96 ) he shot off against Mosie Tate ( 98 ) in B with Gordon Roulston ( 98 ) & Jason McKintyre ( 98 ) in C class – there was some personal best scores in these classes.
The AA/A high gun was won by Rens Delrosso – Rens & Jenny + Chris & Julie Havill have been coming to our shoots for years and its always a pleasure to see them.
The High Gun Shoot off was between Rens Delrosso / James McKeown both 99 in AA and Paul Cooper / Paddy McIlhatton both 98 in A – Paul & Paddy dropped out early on but Rens & James had a right old dig dong 42 targets before James dropped a bird.
Thanks to all turning up & to Route Gun Club
